Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to attend our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Age Restrictions
    • You must be 18 years or older to attend this event.
    • If you appear to be under 18, you will be challenged and required to provide proof of age upon request.
    • Security reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave the event if they do not meet the age requirement or refuse to provide proof of age.
  2. Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking Policy
    • No misuse of alcohol or drugs will be tolerated at any time during the event.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the main building. Please smoke in designated areas only, away from the main building.
  3. Refund and Transfer Policy
    • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
    • Any requests for ticket transfers must be made directly to Amanda O'Mara, and approval will be at her discretion.
    • Tickets cannot be transferred without prior approval.
  4. Authorized Ticket Purchase Locations
    • Tickets should only be purchased via our official website or Eventbrite page.
    • Tickets purchased from any other sources will be considered invalid, and we cannot guarantee entry for tickets purchased outside of these authorized channels.
  5. Event Security
    • Our security team is in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
    • Security reserves the right to ask any person to leave the event if they are found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in disruptive behavior.

  7. A non-refundable deposit if offered will be of £20 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place at any Ghostly Revelations event.

    The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 3 months before the event date, unless otherwise stated.

    Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit and tickets will be sold to meet event needs.

    All bookings are non-transferable unless authorised in writing by Ghostly Revelations management Amanda Omara no tickets will be swapped or sold outside for any reason without written consent.


    2. Cancellations and Refunds

    Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where Ghostly Revelations cancels or reschedules the event.

    If you cancel after paying the full balance, or do not turn up unfortunately there is no refunds.

    In the unlikely event that Ghostly Revelations must cancel or postpone an event, guests will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund of monies paid.


    3. Conduct and Behaviour

    All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the venue, staff, other guests, and the investigation team.

    Ghostly Revelations reserves the right to remove any participant who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the event including breaking and streaming or live policy.

    Any guest asked to leave for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund and will be removed effective immediately then may have a life ban from events.


    4. Live Streaming, Filming, and Photography Policy

    To protect the integrity of our investigations, intellectual property, and the privacy of all attendees, the following rules apply at every Ghostly Revelations event:

    Live streaming, broadcasting, or real-time posting of any kind is strictly prohibited.
    This includes, but is not limited to, live video or audio on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or any other online platform.

    Only official Ghostly Revelations team members are authorised to conduct live streams, film, or record for public broadcast this is to adhere to GR polices permissions and not limited to ICO government rules.

    Guests may take photographs or short video clips only with prior written permission from event organisers and never during active investigations or experiments due to ICO regulations and GDPR.

    Any guest found conducting or attempting to conduct a live broadcast, recording of ghostly revelations guests, or similar activity without authorisation will be asked to leave immediately without refund and may be barred from all future events.


    By attending, you consent to Ghostly Revelations and its authorised representatives recording or photographing the event for promotional, educational, or documentary purposes. Any media captured by Ghostly Revelations remains the sole property of the company.

    5. Liability and Disclaimer

    All participants attend Ghostly Revelations events at their own risk.

    Ghostly Revelations, its owners, staff, and representatives accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or individuals during the event, except where required by law.

    Some events may take place in historical or potentially hazardous environments; guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear and follow all safety instructions from team members and venue staff.


    6. Agreement

    By booking and attending any Ghostly Revelations event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
