Long after the crowds have gone and the lights have dimmed, the building tells a different story—one whispered through cold spots, disembodied voices, and flickers in the dark. On this private investigation, our team made history was granted once in a lifetime exclusive access to probe the shadows, seeking answers to the strange occurrences that have plagued this location for generations. What we found was both chilling and unexpected who is Alice? And what happened!!!!

Paranormal Investigation at Ipswich Buttermarket: Echoes Beneath the Market Lights

In the heart of historic Suffolk lies the Ipswich Buttermarket a modern shopping centre built atop layers of forgotten history and, some say, restless spirits. On a recent late night investigation, the team from Ghostly Revelations consisting of Lynette, Chris, and Kelsey, led by founders Thomas and Amanda O'Mara, who managed to make history and become the first and last team to gain rare access to the underground areas of the Buttermarket to uncover what truly lies beneath.

While the surface bustles with shoppers, the cellars and hidden spaces below tell a much darker tale. Whispers of shadow figures, sudden temperature drops, and ghostly voices have surrounded the Buttermarket for years and the team was determined to make contact.

Using EMF meters, spirit boxes, thermal cameras and motion detectors, the team explored the most active hotspots and Within minutes, the dormant part of Buttermarket that has been locked up and not entered since 2016 which also has no electric, heating or anything came alive we recorded drastic temperature changes and what appeared to be a shadows moving across one of the corridors. In what they called “the cold room,”  members felt instantly uneasy some even nauseous an all too familiar sign of intense paranormal energy.

But the most compelling evidence came through the app called necrophonic. A chilling voice said “help me,” followed by the name “Alice.” the team continued to communicate with Alice who died at Buttermarket she was 45 years old and stated she is stuck there forever and she's very lonely the evidence was undeniable. She continued to follow Thomas around even on video showed herself on request on different occasions and even answered questions on demand via the necrophonic app which was captured on video where she clearly called out each members name.

The Ipswich Buttermarket stands as a vivid reminder that the past is never truly buried. Beneath the retail buzz and neon lights, a world of energy and residual emotion continues to exist one that speaks, if you’re willing to listen.
